Embedded deep into the mountains, Real de Catorce calls us for a journey in time by crossing the famous Ogarrio tunnel. The unmistakable sound of horseshoes on the cobblestone streets and the distant smell of someone's stove dye this magical town with a singular atmosphere. 

From Real we are able to visit the mountain of the burned one, a Wixarika ceremonial centre, and from atop its mountains, we can contemplate the infinite horizon of Wirikuta. We'll tour sheer roads aboard a Willy (4X4 vehicle), and of course, we'll taste a delicious "asado de bodas" or "wedding stew, as the literal translation calls it.
